How to Use
Cut along the size line to fit your shoes.
Cut slightly larger at first, then place inside the shoe and trim gradually for a perfect fit.
Do NOT cut the area containing sterile water.
If dirty, wash with water or household detergent, then dry thoroughly before use.
The sealed sterile water will gradually evaporate over time.
When the arch support feeling weakens, replace with a new product.

Do NOT cut the area containing sterile water.
Be careful when trimming with scissors.
The sterile water inside is harmless and fully sealed. If leakage occurs, stop using immediately.
Check inside your shoes for sharp objects (nails, stones, etc.) before use.
Use only as a shoe insole.
